Each module is timed separately and submits automatically when its clock hits zero. You move forward only — a finished module cannot be reopened.

Module 5 is the longest and carries the most marks — pace yourself to reach it. 55 min

Five minutes of preparation is worth more than any amount of revision.

Use a laptop or desktop. Module 5 puts a merchant inbox side by side with the questions. It does not work well on a phone.

Block out a full hour somewhere quiet. There is no pause button and the clock keeps running if you step away.

Check your connection and power. Plug in, and turn off sleep or screensaver settings that could close the tab.

Close everything else. Leaving the tab is recorded, and you will not need any other window.

No AI assistants, and no notes from one. How answers are typed is recorded, and pasted text is easy to spot. It is also self-defeating — the interview covers the same ground in person.

How this is marked
How to give yourself the best shot

Most people who score below their ability do it for the same three reasons. None of them are about knowing less.

Never leave a written task blank. Written tasks are worth roughly three quarters of the total. A rough half-answer scores; an empty box scores nothing. If you are stuck, write your thinking down and move on.

Answer everything briefly before polishing anything. Each module holds all of its questions on one page — read them all first, sketch every answer, then go back and deepen whichever you have time for.

For reply tasks, write the real message. Where a task asks you to reply to a merchant, write what you would actually send them — not notes describing it. How you talk to merchants is a large part of what we are looking at. For the planning tasks, bullets are fine.

Wrong answers cost nothing. There is no negative marking anywhere. A guess with your reasoning attached always beats silence.

Nobody is expected to ace every module. It deliberately spans more ground than any one person covers day to day. Strength in the areas you know is what we are looking for.
